This Privacy Policy explains how Controlla (CCD Technologies S.A.P.I. de C.V.), the publisher of the Na Wá mobile application (the "App"), approaches user privacy. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
The Na Wá App is published by CCD Technologies S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Controlla", "we", "us", or "our"). Na Wá is a fitness wellness application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, currently offered in the United States.
The App is a digital tool only. It is separate from Nawá Body Studio, a physical fitness studio located in Odessa, TX. The studio operates under its own terms and privacy practices. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Na Wá mobile application published by Controlla.
We do not collect any personal information through the App.

Because we collect no data, there is nothing to sell, share, or process. No user profile, database, or data retention of any kind exists.
The App does not request access to any sensitive device permissions. You will not be prompted to grant access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, or any other system resource.
The only system-level interaction the App uses is standard network access to load third-party content — a baseline capability of all mobile applications that does not identify or track the user in any way.
The App is available to users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever — from users of any age — there is no risk of unauthorized collection of children's data. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13, and our App is designed in a way that makes such collection technically impossible.
If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@controlla.com.mx and we will promptly address the matter.
The App displays fitness news and articles sourced from third-party content providers. We do not share any user data with these providers because we have no user data to share. Third-party providers may have their own privacy practices governed by their respective policies.
The App provides access to an external fitness platform operated by Nawá Body Studio. To use this feature, you will be directed to that platform where you may be required to create an account.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect certain technical data as part of their standard app distribution infrastructure. This data is collected by Apple and Google under their respective privacy policies and is not accessible to or controlled by Controlla.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties — because we collect none. We have no advertising partners, data brokers, or analytics vendors receiving data from this App.

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk of breach or unauthorized access within our systems. We do not maintain any servers, databases, or storage infrastructure associated with user data from this App.
We retain no user data. There is nothing to delete, export, or modify. If you uninstall the App, no residual personal data remains with us because none was ever collected.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because we collect no personal data, these rights have nothing to act upon with respect to the Na Wá App.
If you have questions about your privacy as it relates to the third-party fitness platform accessible through the App, please contact that platform directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App, applicable law, or business practices. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
